 Ingredients:

 

3 packets (1/4 oz each) of unflavored gelatin

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract (or other flavor extract)

Powdered sugar, for dusting

 

Instructions:

In the
coliseum of a  stage mixer, add1/2
mug of cold water. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it sit for about

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar,  sludge
